Quality Inspection
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and wait for our courier partner to perform a brief on-site inspection of the product's condition.
Reverse Pickup
Once the request is approved, our logistics team will collect the package from your delivery address within 2-3 business days at no additional cost.
Refund or Replacement
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes final quality control, we will issue a store credit or dispatch your replacement item immediately.
